Are Quotes for free?
We pride ourselves in keeping our quoting process honest, fair, and yes FREE. We want you to be able to take a look at your area or design and make the best decision possible when it comes to spending your money and getting the outcome you expected. We will work with you and use multiple different factors to get a quote to you, even without having to step foot on the jobsite.
What kind of warranty do you guys offer?
Our work is going to be backed with a workmanship guarantee. Our family watched the show "Mike Holmes" and the one thing that resonates is to do it right the first time. But there is going to be uncontrollable factors in life and 'stuff will happen', so we offer a Structural warranty for any shifting or 'walking' sub structure issues (i.e. Deck sink in less than a year, or a wall shifts or a door is jamming in less than a year) for any renovation projects. We will take cosmetic mishaps on a case by case basis.
Is your Quote the price I will see on my Invoice?
When a quote is given, there are going to be a bunch of moving variables, such as market price on materials, or other unseen factors. For example we quote to change out a window, and as we start the removal process and we find rot under the sill. We are going to bring this to your attention and talk about the steps that need to be done. We will document the findings with text, time stamp and picture proof, and try our best to manage and mitigate the issue. As a result of there being more time and materials spent (After blessing is given from the Customer to carry on with the work) there will be a difference in quote price vs Invoice price. We will manage and be open with our client on a case to case basis.
Do I need to pull a permit for the job? even if it is small?
Typically for a job that is only going to change minor cosmetic things within your home or yard, you will not need a permit. But if there is going to be a structure change or additional structures added to your property or home there is, most likely, going to be a need for a permit to be pulled and filed.

Make sure you check the permit requirements in your area. If you need help in this area please don't hesitate to ask. We can help in the process all the way to completion!

Can I return the product and get a refund?
Most of the Products that we offer are going to be a 'made to order' style of product, and will more than likely be custom in nature. Any Custom made products that we have fulfilled are going to be a final sale and we will not issue refunds. If there is any defects or concern that arise, we will take it on a case by case basis and rectify the issue together to come to a mutually beneficial resolution for both parties!
How long will my order take?
Timeline of design to 'hand over' really has a lot of factors involved. We will communicate with you our time lines. We will discuss our needs in the building process such as dry times for stain/paint, glue up times for milling work, where your order landed in the queue of orders, etc. We ask that you disclose any rush orders that you need fulfilled but keep in mind there may be a fee associated with a rushed order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes we do offer delivery for a extra charge (Depending on mileage), but if you have the means you can do pick up as well!
